摘 要:课程思政的亲和力直接影响专业课程落实立德树人根本任务的成效,契合学生心理需求是课程思政亲和力的基础。当前的社会环境、学生心理、旅游业发展等对旅游管理专业课程思政建设提出了更高要求,而旅游管理专业的课程思政建设主要存在“有而未融、融而不合、合而不精”等问题。构建以学生需求为核心的“3步骤闭环式”旅游管理课程思政融合体系,通过共情力-主体性、感染力-主动性、行动力-坚定性的层层递进模式,提升旅游管理专业课程思政建设质量,进而为培养新时代德才兼备的新型旅游管理人才提供有益借鉴。The affinity of ideological and political education directly affects the effectiveness of the fundamental measure carried by professional courses to cultivate morality and talent of students.Meeting the needs of students was the foundation of the affinity of ideological and political education in professional courses.The current social environment,student psychology,and tourism industry development had put forward higher requirements for the ideological and political education in all courses of tourism major.The problems it faced mainly included"having but not integrating,integrating but not being consistent,and integrating but not systematic".A closed-loop model of teaching,centered on students psychological needs,should be built in the ideological and political education in all courses of tourism major.This model consisted of three steps:empathy-subjectivity,infectiousness-initiative,and action-firmness,which were interlinked and progressive.The significance of this model was to improve the quality of the ideological and political education in all courses of tourism major,and then provided useful reference for training new tourism management talents with both virtue and talent in the new era.
