摘　　要：现代物流专业产教研创一体化教学模式是物流行业迭代发展对人才需求提出的新课题,也是职业学校培养复合型高素质人才,弘扬工匠精神,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦提供人才和技能的有效途径。通过深化校企合作,提升实践教学环境,创新教学模式,强化师资队伍等形式开展现代物流专业产教研创一体化教学,以期提升人才培养质量,助力行业发展。The teaching models of the integration of industry,teaching,research,and innovation of modern logistics major is a new challenge posed by the iterative development of the logistics industry for talent needs.It is also an effective way for vocational schools to cultivate versatile high-quality talents,promote the spirit of craftsmanship,and provide talents and skills for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Through deepening school-enterprise cooperation,improving the practical teaching environment,innovating teaching models,and strengthening the faculty team,the integration of industry,teaching,research,and innovation of modern logistics major is carried out to enhance the quality of talent cultivation and promote industry development.
