摘  要:心理健康教育课程作为高校心理育人的主要渠道,在高校课程体系中有着重要地位,其理论发展与实践创新直接关联课程内容质量和实际开展效果。心理健康教育课程现有课程内容涵盖多个方面,任课教师师资力量充足,但实际授课中效益不佳。文章从教学前、中、后三阶段分别分析了当下课程开展过程中的不足与其深度影响因素,结合目前各类课程开展的创新思路,针对三方面不足给出对应的探索思路,以求为心理健康教育课程提质增效提供参考。As the main channel for psychological education in universities,mental health education courses play an important role in the curriculum system,and their theoretical development and practical innovation are directly related to the quality of course content and the actual effectiveness of implementation.The current course content of mental health education covers multiple aspects,and the teaching staff is sufficient,but the actual teaching process is not effective.The author analyzed the shortcomings and deep influencing factors in the current curriculum development process from the pre teaching,middle teaching,and post teaching stages,combined with innovative ideas in various curriculum development,and provided corresponding exploration ideas for the three shortcomings,in order to provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of mental health education courses.
