多维视域下学科教研组建设路径探析

摘  要:教研质量与教学质量有着密不可分的关系,完善的学科教研组建设是保证教研质量的关键。学科教研组在各级各类学校中广泛存在,其普遍存在教研活动流程化、教研效率低下、教师积极性不高等问题,而在多维视域下进行学科教研组建设有利于改变这种现状。多维视域强调学科教研组建设要从多维度,如教研组文化、教研组织架构、教研目标、教研内容体系、教研评价机制等维度去考量,通过健全的教研机制带动学校、教师、学科的协同发展。The quality of teaching and research is closely related to the quality of teaching,and the construction of a sound subject teaching and research group is the key to ensuring the quality of teaching and research.Subject teaching and research groups are widely present in various levels and types of schools,and they generally suffer from problems such as streamlined teaching and research activities,low teaching and research efficiency,and low teacher enthusiasm.The construction of subject teaching and research groups from a multidimensional perspective is conducive to changing this situation.The multidimensional perspective emphasizes that the construction of subject research groups should be considered from multiple dimensions,such as research group culture,research organizational structure,research objectives,research content system,research evaluation mechanism,etc.Through a sound research mechanism,it can drive the collaborative development of schools,teachers,and subjects.
