高职院校特色教师工作室构建路径探析

摘　　要：文章深入探讨了高职院校特色教师工作室的构建路径。首先,分析了工作室构建的现实基础,涵盖高职院校的办学定位、教师队伍的专业素质以及产业发展对人才的需求。其次,提出了构建实施的具体路径,包括组建多元化科研服务团队、开发模块化应用课程体系以及打造一体化成果转化平台。最后,探讨了工作室构建的价值意蕴,重点强调其在推动教育教学改革、提升社会服务能力以及强化教学科研互动、发挥育人效应等方面所发挥的积极作用。This paper deeply discusses the construction path of characteristic teachers'studios in higher vocational colleges.First of all,it analyzes the practical basis of the construction of the studio,including the positioning of higher vocational colleges,the professional quality of teachers and the demand for talents in industrial development.Secondly,it puts forward the concrete path of construction and implementation,including the establishment of diversified scientific research service team,the development of modular application course system and the establishment of integrated results transformation platform.Finally,the paper discusses the value implication of the construction of the studio,emphasizing its positive role in promoting the reform of education and teaching,enhancing the ability of social service,strengthening the interaction of teaching and research,and exerting the effect of educating people.
