摘 要:高职病理学作为医学基础课程,承担着培养技能型医疗人才的重任。然而,传统教学方法在理论传授、实践操作以及评估方式上存在诸多局限性,难以满足现代医学教育对学生综合能力培养的需求。因此,探索多元化教学方法的改革具有重要意义。文章通过分析当前高职病理学在教学方法中存在的问题,提出了引入翻转课堂、案例教学、虚拟仿真实验和多元评估体系等改革思路,旨在提升学生的主动学习能力、实践操作水平和临床思维能力,为高职教育培养更具职业适应力的综合型人才提供理论依据和实践指导。As a fundamental medical course,vocational pathology bears the responsibility of cultivating skilled medical talents.However,traditional teaching methods have many limitations in theoretical teaching,practical operation,and evaluation methods,which are difficult to meet the needs of modern medical education for cultivating students'comprehensive abilities.Therefore,exploring the reform of diversified teaching methods is of great significance.This article analyzes the problems in the current teaching methods of pathology in higher vocational education,and proposes reform ideas such as introducing flipped classroom,case teaching,virtual simulation experiments,and diversified evaluation systems,aiming to enhance students'active learning ability,practical operation level,and clinical thinking ability,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for cultivating comprehensive talents with more vocational adaptability in higher vocational education.
