摘　　要：大学校长的治校理念所回答的基本问题是 :把大学办成什么样的大学 ?为何办成这样的大学 ?在一定意义上 ,一所大学的发展过程就是这所大学校长治校理念的展开过程。以有效管理高校教师劳动这一大学发展中的关键问题为例 ,在大学校长的治校理念中 ,必须处理好“管”与“不管”等矛盾 ,做到准确定位、服务到位、防止越位 ;同时 ,管理既不能“定位” ,也不能“变味”。The basic question which is to be solved of a university president's efficient management is as to the follows:what sort of university shall we build up?Why do we build the university like that?To some extent,the process of a university's development is the execution and improvement of the president's governing strategy.Take the key point of a university's development which governs preceptorial working efficiently for example,it is sure to deal well with the contradiction between 'rule' and 'ignore',and it should be based on the following principles:precise orientation?all-sided services and offside avoiding.In the meantime,the management pattern should neither hardened nor complicated.
