摘　　要：在南方高温高湿条件下进行了高水分大米安全过夏试验 ,结果表明 ,用磷化铝常规(5g m3 ) +缓释 (5g m3 )等 3种化学保藏方法均可使水分含量为 14 .1%～ 14 .6On the condition of high moisture and humidity in the south of China in summer,the test of safe storage of rice with high moisture was carried out.The results showed that the rice of 14.1～14.6% moisture content can be stored safely with 3 kinds of chemical methods,such as 5g/m 3 AlP conventional fumigation added 5g/m 3 slow releasing fumigation and so on.
