泥鳅仔鱼开口饵料与生长的初步研究

摘　　要：:采用蛋黄、豆浆、鱼粉、轮虫和藻类等饵料的不同组合和不同投喂量培育泥鳅仔鱼,结果表明:蛋黄、轮虫、藻类作为泥鳅仔鱼的开口饵料较为适宜;在近似自然的水域中,适量投喂蛋黄,泥鳅仔鱼开口后3d内成活率可达72%,总体重增长可达成185%左右。在常规培育条件下,泥鳅仔鱼长度L和体重W依日龄t生长可用关系式表示为:L=1.5627+1.1764t,W=0.9950e0.2687t,长度和体重关系可表示为:W=0.02864L2.5726,泥鳅仔鱼在开口前后阶段有一生长低谷期。The experiments on the feeding of Missgurnus arguillicaudatus larva have been made with dif-ferent combination and quantity of i nitial baits.The yolk,rotifer,and algae are suitable for it.In the appr oxi-matly natural condition,the larva h as higher rate of survival and growth.In the common condition of breeding,the equations of relationship among larva length(L),weight (W)and day(t)are respectively as follows:L=1.5627+1.1764t(r=0.9957)W=0.9550e 0.2687t (r=0.9835)W=0.02864L 2.5726 (r=0.9948)The larva has a stage of lower growth j ust before and after its mouth openin g.
