大肠癌组织中唾液酸化LewisX和选择素P联合检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　研究唾液酸化LewisX和选择素P在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤转移潜能的关系。方法应用催化信号放大 (CSA)法检测 90例大肠癌组织和 30例远离癌组织的正常大肠粘膜的唾液酸化LewisX和选择素P的表达情况。结果　在远离癌组织的正常大肠粘膜中 ,唾液酸化LewisX表达率为 16 7% ,选择素P的表达率为 0 0 % ;而在大肠癌组织中唾液酸化LewisX和选择素P的表达率分别为 94 4 %和 6 4 4 %。结论　唾液酸化LewisX和选择素P在大肠癌组织中的高表达与肿瘤转移潜能有关。Objective To investigate the level of cell adhesion molecule sialyl-Lewis X and selectin P expression in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with carcinogenesis,differentiation,metastasis and prognosis.Methods Sialyl-Lewis X and selectin P expression in colorectal carcinoma (n=90) and remote normal mucosa (n=30) were studied with catalyzed signal amplification(CSA)immunohistochemical method.Results Positive rate of sialyl-Lewis X expression was 16 7%(5/30) in normal mucosa and 94 4%(85/90) in colorectal carcinoma.Positive rate of selectin P expression was 0 0%(0/30) in normal mucosa and 64 4%(58/90) in colorectal carcinoma.The expression of sialyl-Lewis X was significantly associated with selectin P.Conclusion The expression of sialyl-Lewis X and selectin P is correlated to the metastatic potentialty of human colorectal cancer.These findings indicate that combined examination of the expression of sialyl-Lewis X and selectin P in colorectal carcinomas had an important clinical significance for estimating the metastasis and prognosis.
