摘　　要：沈祖连取材于机关单位和干部职工生活的微型小说 ,对热衷经济创收 ,注重表面功夫 ,推诿扯皮等机关不良作风 ,进行了揭露和鞭挞 ,对一些干部畏上、护短 ,贪功、委过 ,猜疑、多虑等种种畸形心态进行了深刻剖析。Shen Zu ling's minifictions whose the themes focus on the ailments of government offices and functionaries are very expressive and constrictive.They have fully brought to light and mercilcssly castigated the downward styles of work at the govemment offices and the abnormality of the governmental functionaries so as to reach the author's main purpose to advocate the spirit of true public servant.
