CA-125、CEA、AFP联合检测在妇科肿瘤诊疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨 CA- 12 5、CEA、AFP联检在妇科肿瘤诊疗中的临床意义。方法　CA12 5采用化学免疫发光法 ,CEA、AFP采用放射免疫分析法。结果　妇科恶性肿瘤中 CA12 5阳性率 85 .71% (2 4 / 2 8) ;CEA阳性率 8.0 1% (2 / 2 8) ;AFP阳性率 12 .6 8% (3/ 2 8)。三项联检阳性率 96 .4 % (2 7/ 2 8)。妇科良性肿瘤 CA- 12 5均值明显低于恶性肿瘤 CA- 12 5均值 ,二者比较有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论　 CA- 12 5、CEA、AFP联检能明显提高妇科恶性肿瘤的检出率 ,CA- 12 5还可作为恶性肿瘤患者术后长期跟踪监测的一项指标。Objective To study the clinical significance of combined assays of CA 125,CEA and AFP in the diagnosis and therapy of gynecologic tumors.Methods CA 125 were detected by chemical immunofluorescence technique, and CEA and AFP were by radioimmunoassay.Results The positive rates of CA 125,CEA and AFP were 85.71%(24/28),8.01%(2/28) and 12.68%(3/28) ,respectively, while the positive rate was 96.4%(27/28) when the three indices were comnined as one ingredient.The average level of CA 125 in benign tumor was significantly lower than that in malignant tumor (P<0.001).Conclusion The combined assays of serun CA 125,CEA and AFP could improve the diagnostic accuracy in gynecologic tumors.In addition,CA 125 could also be viewed as a long term monitoring index after surgical treatment.
