摘　　要：探讨北宋中期思想家李觏的人生观及其人生践履 ,认为 :1 .李觏由易论而建构了生存智慧的学说 ;2 .李觏又由礼论提出了许多人生的准则 ;3.Li Gou was a thinker in middle Northern Song. The article probes into his outlook on life and standpoint of practice on life. The author thinks:1)Li Gou created the theory of wisdom of existence from yilun;2) Li Gou put forward many rules of life from lilun; 3) Li Gou had his unique way of standpoint of practice on life.
