摘　　要：从对人才的认识、对人才的培养和选拔的设想、对人才使用和管理的主张三方面 ,展示李觏人才观的丰富蕴涵 ,揭示其时代意义和社会价值。虽然从总体观照 ,李觏的人才观还不够系统、全面 ,并带有某些理想主义色彩 ,但是他指出了北宋前期人才培养、选拔、使用、管理中的一些症结 ,并提出了自己的构想 ,不仅具有鲜明的时代意义 ,直至今日 ,仍具有鲜活的生命力 ,是我国人才培养、选拔、使用和管理制度的宝贵借鉴。The design of Li Gou on how to understand,train,select,use and administer tatent is demonstrated in this paper to show the rich substance?the era significance and the social value of LiGou′s theory on the talent. Although LiGou′s theory on the talent is unoverall?unsystemtic and ideal, yet it is valuable that Li Gou pointed out the cruxes in the early stage of Northern Song Dynasty and put forward his view. It not only has distinct significance in that period, but also has social value today because we can draw lessons from it to perfect the system on talent.
