摘　　要：广东农工商职业技术学院文秘专业近五届商务文秘毕业生的就业数据表明:商务文秘毕业生以珠三角地区行政类岗位为主体就业岗位,以商务服务业为主要就业行业。高职课程的设置应围绕目标岗位(群),解析职业能力构成,突出职业能力培养,构建以职业能力需求为主导的专业课程体系。Graduates' data of Guangdong AIB polytechnic college in recent years show that most graduates from higher vocational business secretary major get their jobs of administrative posts in commercial service industry of Pearl River Delta. Higher vocational education should be geared to the needs of target group, the professional capabilities be analyzed and the specialty curriculum system be designed according to the actual needs of vocational ability, with focus on the cultivation of professional capabilities.
