高营养功能性巨胚稻米研究初报

摘　　要：巨胚稻的胚部大小和重量都明显超过普通稻米的胚 ,其胚重占糙米重的 7% ,而普通稻米的胚重占其糙米重的 1.84 % ,巨胚稻胚重是普通稻胚重的 2 .4 5倍。不仅如此 ,巨胚稻糙米的营养绝大部分高于普通稻糙米的营养 (取两次测定的平均值 ) ,如VE 比CK增加 4 1% ,VB1比CK增加 8% ,VB2 比CK减少 3% ,VPP比CK增加 19% ,Ca比CK增加 2 8% ,Zn比CK增加 5 8% ,P比CK增加 112 %。The embryo of large embryo rice is bigger in its size or weight than that of common rice. Its embryo weight makes up 7% of the grain of brown rice, but the weight of common embryo account only for 1.84%. The embryo weight is increased by 2.45 times than that of common rice. Moreover, the nutrition of large embryo brown rice is higher than that of common brown rice, such as the average of two determinations:V E, V B1 , V B2 ,and V PP increase respectively by 41%, 8%, 3% and 19% than that of CK; Ca, Zn and P is showed an increase of 28%, 58%, and 112% respectively. The nutrition of large embryo brown rice is emphasized in this paper.
