摘　　要：一、引言 企业信息化是一项系统工程,它涉及到企业业务流程、管理方式、人员观念、软件系统等等方面的内容.单从软件系统的角度来说,就包含着企业办公信息系统(OA,Office Automation)、计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造系统(CAD/CAM,Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufac-turing,)、产品数据管理系统(PDM,Product Data Management)、制造资源计划/企业资源计划系统(MRP Ⅱ/ERP, Manufacturing Re-source Planning /Enterprise Re-source Planning)、计算机辅助质量管理系统(CAQ,Computer Aided Quality Management)、人力资源管理系统、财务管理系统、客户关系管理系统(CRM,Customer Relationship Management)、供给链管理系统(SCM,Supply Chain Management)等.Audits have been used in evaluating the effectiveness and conformance of a quality management system in enterprises. First-party audits are important for enterprises to evaluate by, or on behalf of, the enterprise itself for internal purposes and meeting their own quality objectives. Computer and information technology are pushing the industries stronger and stronger to think about the informationization in management, as information technology has proved its powerful effects on the management of enterprises, including quality management. Currently, most enterprises have introduced CAD, CAM, PDM, MRPⅡ/ERP, MIS, CRM, SCM software to support the processes of product development and management. The paper discusses that enterprise informationization promotes internal quality management system audit of enterprises in four aspects, and describes the relationship between information systems applied in enterprise and computer aided internal quality system audit. Finally, two suggestions on executing the computer aided internal quality system audit system are put forward.
