4P医学在音乐健康管理中的应用

摘　　要：21世纪的医学模式正在经历一场由疾病医学向健康医学转化的战略转移,其根本的标志是4P医学理念与框架的建立,其包括预测医学(predictive medicine)、预防医学(preventive medicine)、参与医学(participatory medicine)和个体化医学(presonalized medicine)。随着国外音乐治疗的引入,我们对音乐的认识也在不断提高,但目前仍缺少系统的管理理念,因此,本文首次提出4P音乐健康管理理念,即在4P医学理念的基础上,建立预测、预防、个性化和公众参与式的音乐健康理念,它为人们身心健康提供了新的方法论。The medical model of 21 century is undergoing astrategic shift from medical disease to medical health,and its fundamental symbol is the establishment of the 4P medical theory and framework, including predictive medicine, preventive medicine, participatory medicine and personalized medicine. With the introduction of foreign music therapy, our cognition of music is improved continuously, but we still lack the systematic management philosophy and in consequence a 4P musical health management philosophy is be proposed for the first time. The philosophy is based on the 4P medical concept, aiming at establishing a predictive, preventive, personalized and participatory musical health philosophy and providing a new methodology forhuman physical and mental health.
