摘 要:本文主要利用北方渔猎民族采集业的资料 ,并结合文献资料及其他民族学资料来论证人类酿酒的起源。认为人类最初是以野生果实及野生植物为原料来酿制果酒。酿酒的起源与人类采集经济密切相关 ,是采集经济发展的必然结果。酿酒起源于人类的采集渔猎时代 ,是采集渔猎民族的发明和创造 ,是采集渔猎民族留给人类的最宝贵的物质财富之一。This article discussed the origin of the people's wine-making, mainly using the data of the Gathering of the North fishing and hunting nationality, in the light of the document date and other ethnology data. This article considered that the people used wild fruit and wild plant as raw material to make wine at the beginning. The origin of the wine-making has close relationship with the people gathering economy, and it is the certain result of the gathering economy development. The wine-making originated from the period of the people's gathering, fishing and hunting, and it is the invention and creation, and it is one of the most important material wealth given by the gathering, fishing and hunting nationality.
