摘　　要：文章分析了个性化信息服务模式。个性化服务是现代图书馆信息服务向纵深发展的一个重要手段,目前采用的主要方法有:信息推送服务、呼叫中心服务、垂直信息服务、网络智能知识服务。According to the requirements of users in hybrid library, this article discusses the personalized information service pattern. It is a good means to make further advances on the service of hybrid library. It includes the following factors: information push, call center, vertical information service, intelligent network hnowledge service.
