摘　　要：本文论述了网络文化的基本概念、网络文化与传统文化的性质及特点、网络文化与民族文化的冲突与统一 。This paper discusses the basic concept of network culture,the nature and characteristics of the network culture and tradition al culture,the conflict and unity of the network culture and national culture.Some due tactics of our country in the aspects of development and dissemination of the network culture are put forward in the paper.
