摘 要:目的基于计划行为理论研究南充市中职院校护理专业学生升学意向及其影响因素,为指导中职升学和培养护理人才提供参考。方法采用整群抽样法,抽取四川省南充市中职院校护理专业的355名学生为调查对象,采用升学意向调查问卷测评了学生的升学意向,通过SPSS 27.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果调查对象希望升学的人数比例为96.3%。调查对象升学态度维度得分为(3.81±0.77)分,主观规范维度得分为(3.45±0.70)分,知觉行为控制维度得分为(3.71±0.77)分。调查对象整体升学意向维度得分为(3.77±0.82)分,不同社会人口学特征调查对象的升学意向得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,升学态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制与升学意向之间均呈正相关(r=0.824、0.219、0.769,P<0.05)。多元线性回归模型分析结果显示:升学态度和知觉行为控制是升学意向的影响因素(P<0.05),可共同解释总体变异的71.4%。结论通过改善中职院校护理专业学生升学态度和提升其知觉行为控制,可以有效提高学生的升学意向。Objective This study investigates the further education intention and its influencing factors of nursing major students in secondary vocational colleges in Nanchong City based on the Theory of Planned Behavior,aiming to provide references for guiding further education in secondary vocational education and cultivating nursing talents.Methods A total of 355 students from nursing majors in secondary vocational colleges in Nanchong City,Sichuan Province,were selected using cluster sampling.The students'intention to pursue further studies was assessed using a promotion intention questionnaire,and data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 27.0 software.Results The proportion of surveyed students who wished to pursue further studies was 96.3%.The mean scores for the students'attitudes towards further education,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control were(3.81±0.77)points,(3.45±0.70)points,and(3.71±0.77)points,respectively.The overall mean score for the students'intention to pursue further studies was(3.77±0.82)points.Comparisons of the intention scores across different socio-demographic characteristics showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Correlation analysis results indicated positive correlations between attitudes towards further education,subjective norms,perceived behavioral control,and the intention to pursue further studies(r=0.824,0.219,0.769,respectively;P<0.05).Multiple linear regression model analysis results showed that attitudes towards further education and perceived behavioral control are influencing factors of the intention to pursue further education(P<0.05),and they can jointly explain 71.4%of the total variation.Conclusion Strengthening the attitudes towards further education and promoting perceived behavioral control among nursing major students in secondary vocational colleges can effectively increase the students'intention to pursue further education.
