基于文献计量学分析广西住院医师规范化培训的研究现状

摘　　要：目的根据目前广西住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)的研究现状,以总结广西住培的研究热点,寻找存在的不足,探讨未来的发展趋势。为后续的研究及改进提供方向。方法以中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库为数据源,检索时间从2002年1月—2023年5月,采用文献计量学方法对作者发文及合著情况、作者所在单位及合作关系情况、论文的文献量及年代分布、关键词等多个方面进行统计分析。结果纳入分析的相关文献322篇。数据分析显示,广西住培的相关文献总体发文量在2018—2021年呈现2个小高峰,2022年有所下降;相关研究机构广泛,以医院为主体;突现分析中显示右江民族医学院突现时间最长,长达7年。广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院突现强度最高,为4.13;分析总结出发文热度前10的作者,及作者之间的关联度;对文献关键词进行分析,最常见的关键词为“住院医师”“临床教学”“培养模式”“临床医学”“教学”“培训”“医学生”“专业学位”“规培生”等。其中“专业学位”突现时间最长为9年。结论本研究通过统计分析广西住院医师规范化培训领域发表的相关文献,深入了解的广西住培的研究现状,并展望了未来的研究方向,不断促进广西住培的高质量发展。Objective According to the current research status of standardized training of resident doctors in Guangxi,this paper summarized the research hotspots of residential training in Guangxi,found the existing shortcomings,probed into the future development trend,and provided a certain direction for the follow-up research and improvement.Methods Using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database,Wanfang database,and Vip database as data sources,searched up from January 2002 to May 2023,bibliometric methods were used to conduct statistical analysis on the author's publication and co authorship status,the author's affiliation and cooperation relationship,the number and age distribution of papers and keywords.Results A total of 322 relevant literature were included in the analysis.Data analysis showed that the overall publication volume of relevant literature in Guangxi standardized resident training showed two small peaks from 2018 to 2021,and decreased slightly in 2022.There were a wide range of related research institutions,with hospitals as the main body.The burst strength analysis showed that Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities had the longest burst duration,lasting for 7 years.The Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital had the highest burst strength,was 4.13.Analyzed and summarized the top 10 authors in terms of article popularity,as well as the correlation between authors.By analyzing the literature keywords,it showed that the most common keywords were“residents”“clinical teaching”“training model”“clinical medicine teaching”“training”“medical students”“professional degree”and“residents in standardized training”.Among them,“professional degree”had the longest burst time of 9 years.Conclusion This study conducted a statistical analysis of relevant literature published in the field of standardized resident training,gaining a deeper understanding of the current research status of resident training,and looking forward to future research directions,continuously p
