摘　　要：鉴于工业互联网平台的重要性及其对数字服务化的重要作用,以利用平台提供的数字化技术解决方案的传统制造企业为样本,构建企业利用平台技术后形成的连接性、兼容性通过意义建构进行服务化转型的链式中介模型。利用回归和Bootstrap对模型假设进行检验,结果表明:连接性能够正向促进数字服务化;连接性—兼容性—服务化、连接性—意义建构—服务化、连接性—兼容性—意义建构—服务化三条链式中介作用显著;三条路径的总中介效应明显大于直接效应,表明泛在化连接作为数字服务化的基础,同时需要组织整合资源以及时响应市场需求。In view of the importance of industrial Internet platform and its important role in digital servitization,taking traditional manufacturing enterprises that utilize the digital technology solutions provided by the platform as a sample,we construct a chain mediation model of the connectivity and compatibility formed by enterprises after utilizing the platform technology to carry out servitization transformation through meaning construction.The model hypotheses are tested using regression and Bootstrap,and the results show:Connectivity can positively promote digital servitization;Connectivity-compatibility-servitization,connectivity-meaning construction-servitization,and connectivity-compatibility-meaning construction-servicization have significant intermediary effects;The total mediation effect of the three paths is significantly larger than the direct effect,indicating that ubiquitous connection is the foundation of digital servitization and requires organizations to integrate resources and respond to market demands in a timely manner.
