摘  要:世界范围内对口腔健康的关注为口腔医学生带来了机遇,也带来了挑战。如何形成正确的自我认知,提高学习效率和竞争力,是当前口腔医学生最关注的问题。文章引入SWOT矩阵分析法,在传统的经验教育策略之外,探索该方法对口腔医学生自我成长的影响。SWOT分析法由优势、劣势、机会和威胁四大要素组成。通过学生前期准备、自身系统性分析环境因素、构建SWOT矩阵及制定最终行动计划等步骤,最大限度地提升学生的自主学习能力和综合竞争力。The worldwide focus on oral health brings dental students both opportunities and challenges.Currently,the most concerned issues for dental students are to learn how to form correct self-awareness,improve study efficiency and competitiveness.Apart from traditional education strategy,we introduced SWOT analysis and explored its impact on dental students’self-growth.SWOT analysis is consisted of four major elements,which are advantages,weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The SWOT analysis can maximize students’ self-directed learning ability and comprehensive competitiveness through students’ preliminary preparation,systematic analysis of environmental factors,construction of SWOT matrix and formulation of final action plans,etc.
