摘 要:教师工作表现评价指对教师工作表现或行为进行综合评价。长期以来,教师工作表现评价存在评价导向重奖惩评定、评价机制行政性过强、评价支持机制不够健全、被评价者自主权欠缺等问题,一定程度上制约了其发展性功能的发挥。通过对澳门回归25年来基础教育政策的研究,全面梳理和呈现澳门地区中小学教师评价改革的基本思想、主要举措、操作方式等,总结澳门地区基于工作表现评价的中小学教师专业发展支持机制建设经验,并进一步探究其对全国上下深化教师评价改革的重要启示。The evaluation of teachers’working performance refers to a comprehensive assessment of their working behavior or performance.For a long time,it has faced issues such as an overemphasis on rewards and penalties,excessive administrative influence on evaluation mechanisms,inadequacies in evaluation support systems,and insufficient autonomy for those being evaluated,which have hindered the developmental function of the evaluation to some extent.This paper,through a study of the basic education policies in Macao over the 25 years since its return to motherland,comprehensively reviews and presents the fundamental ideas,key measures,and operational methods of primary and secondary school teacher evaluation reform in Macao region.Furthermore,it summarizes the experience of Macao region in building a support mechanism based on working performance evaluation,and explores its important inspirations for deepening the teacher evaluation reform nationwide.
