摘　　要：针对人才培养中存在的内生动力不足、专业实践不足、产教融合不足等方面的问题,应用型本科院校机械类专业应探索“专思融合育匠魂、课赛融合育匠技、产教融合育匠艺”人才培养模式,以“三融三育”模式助推机械行业转型升级,为机械行业培养高情怀、高技能的专业人才。In response to the problems of insufficient endogenous motivation,inadequate professional practice,and insufficient integration of industry and education in talent cultivation,applied universities specializing in mechanical engineering should explore the talent cultivation model of“integrating political and ideological education into specialty,integrating competitions into teaching,and integrating industry into education to cultivate craftsmanship”,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of the machinery industry,and cultivate professional talents with high moralities and skills for the machinery industry.
