摘 要:“大思政”工作格局作为高校思想政治工作的一种全面、系统、协同的育人模式,是高校贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的必然选择。高校构建“大思政”工作格局,要以加强校园环境、班级环境和生活环境为重点的环境建设为载体,优化“大思政”育人场域;以深化思政课程、专业课程和素质拓展活动课程为核心的课程建设为关键,夯实“大思政”育人阵地;以提升教师主体和学生主体素质为目标的队伍建设为纽带,汇聚“大思政”育人合力。构建“大思政”工作格局有利于激活高校思想政治工作的内生动力,对于开创新时代高校思想政治工作新局面具有重要意义。The“All-around Value Education”work framework,as a comprehensive,systematic,and collaborative education model for value education in universities,is an inevitable choice for Colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.To establish such a framework,colleges and universities should prioritize environmental construction focusing on enhancing the campus,classroom,and living environments as carriers,thereby optimizing the“All-around Value Education”field.They should also strengthen the curriculum development centered on deepening ideological and political courses,professional courses,and quality development activities,which is crucial for consolidating the“All-around Value Education”front.Additionally,by fostering a team that aims to elevate the qualities of both teachers and students,universities can bring together the collaborative force of“All-around Value Education.”Establishing this framework is conducive to activating the endogenous driving force of ideological and political work in universities,thereby playing a significant role in opening up a new chapter in ideological and political work in universities in the new era.
