摘 要:进入新时代,深化人才体制机制改革,特别是破解高校人才评价机制问题势在必行。文章结合文献调研的文本分析和参与式观察的实地调研,深入分析我国高校人才评价机制的理论基础和特点、改革现状与具体措施等问题,提出了人才分类管理和科研质量优先的原则、人才解决实践问题以及产学研融合的趋势、强化新时代背景下人工智能在教育教学中的应用及完善建议。理论方面,有助于全面了解人才评价机制的内在逻辑和理论内涵,丰富研究框架;实践方面,有助于促进高校人才评价机制的优化完善,为管理者和决策者提供决策依据和参考。It is imperative to deepening the reform of talent systems and mechanisms,especially addressing the issue of talent evaluation mechanisms in universities.Based on a text review of literature research and participatory observation through field research,this paper focuses on analyzing the theoretical foundations and characteristics of talent evaluation mechanisms in universities,as well as the current state and specific measures of talent evaluation reform in Chinese universities.Grounded in theoretical and practical research,this paper proposes the principles of talent classification management and scientific research quality priority,highlights the trends of addressing practical issues through talent and the integration of industry-university-research collaboration,and emphasizes the enhancement and suggestions for the application of artificial intelligence in education and teaching in the context of the new era.Theoretically,it helps provide a comprehensive understanding of the internal logic and theoretical connotations of talent evaluation mechanisms,enriching the research framework.Practically,it contributes to optimize and improve the talent evaluation mechanisms in universities,providing decision-making reference and guidance for managers and policymakers.
