四川省职业教育条例的内涵意蕴与立法革新

摘　　要：四川省职业教育条例是立足四川省职业教育改革创新和经济社会发展全局作出的整体性谋划,是新职业教育法在地方贯彻落实的重要行动。以上位法为参照依据,四川省职业教育条例在内容上完善补充,最终形成了8章、74条的结构体系,体现出较强的时代性、实践性、地方性、系统性和创新性。作为全国职业教育法治建设的重要成果,四川省职业教育条例为职业教育地方立法工作提供宝贵经验。Vocational Education Regulations in Sichuan Province are an overall plan based on the reform,innovation of vocational education,and overall economic and social development in Sichuan Province,also act as an important action to implement the New Vocational Education Law at the local level.Based on the superior legislation,the Regulations revise its content and form a structural system of 8 chapters,74 articles,reflecting the five main characteristics:contemporary,practical,local,systematic and innovative.As an important achievement in the construction of the rule of law in vocational education nationwide,the Regulations provide valuable experience for local legislative work in vocational education.
