摘　　要：随着制造强国建设的推进,航空产业对各层次人才尤其是技术技能人才的需求激增。四川凭借“三线”建设航空工业积淀和国家战略腹地的新定位,航空职业教育发展备受瞩目。通过数据分析与政策解读,全面审视四川航空职业教育在产教融合、校企合作、人才培养、技术服务等方面的现状与面临的挑战。针对问题提出了强化政府支持、深化校企合作、优化资源配置、调整专业设置和加强师资队伍建设等策略,旨在为四川航空职业教育提供理论支撑与实践指导,促进教育服务产业发展。With the advancement of the construction of a manufacturing power,the aviation industry has a surge in demand for tal-ents at all levels,especially technical skills.With the“three-line”construction of aviation industry accumulation and the new position-ing of the national strategic hinterland,the development of aviation vocational education has attracted much attention.Through data analysis and policy interpretation,this paper comprehensively examines the current situation and challenges of Sichuan Airlines voca-tional education in terms of integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,talent training,and technical servic-es.In view of the problems,strategies such as strengthening government support,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing resource allocation,adjusting professional settings and strengthening the construction of teachers are proposed,aiming to provide theo-retical support and practical guidance for Sichuan Aviation vocational education and promote the development of education service in-dustry.
