河北省师范生返乡助力乡村教育意向调查研究

摘　　要：师范生返乡助力乡村教育是解决乡村师资结构性短缺的有效途径。通过问卷调查的方式,对河北省师范生返乡助力乡村教育意向进行调查,并运用差异性检验、相关性分析及其他统计分析方法分析数据。研究发现,造成师范生返乡助力乡村教育意向不足的原因主要是政策引导力度不足、农村学校吸引力差、家庭障碍、个人信念与能力短板。为提高师范生返乡助力乡村教育意向,应加强师范生的乡村教育意识,提高师范生的综合素质,改善乡村教师的工作生活环境,加强乡村教育基础设施建设。The return of normal university students to their hometowns to support rural education is an effective way to address the structural shortage of teachers in rural areas.Through a questionnaire survey,the intention of normal university students in Hebei Province to return home to assist rural education was investigated,and the data was analyzed using difference testing,correlation analysis,and other statistical methods.The study found that the main reasons for the insufficient intention of normal students to return home to support rural education are inadequate policy guidance,poor attractiveness of rural schools,family obstacles,and personal beliefs and capability shortcomings.To enhance the intention of normal university students to return home to assist rural education,it is necessary to strengthen their awareness of rural education,improve their overall quality,enhance the working and living environment of rural teachers,and strengthen the construction of rural education infrastructure.
