摘  要:实习教师如何在实习实践中达到学习效果的最优化,对实习教师个体的专业发展有着重要的意义,也是职前教师培养中备受关注的研究课题。基于人类学中“合法的边缘性参与”理论,分析实习教师实习过程中面临的实践教学、班级管理、学校社会系统适应方面的困境和问题,提出实习教师学习的新路径。实习教师应转变边缘参与观念、积极主动参与行动,学校可以建立实习实践共同体,以此帮助实习教师克服学习困境,提高学习实效。How trainee teachers can achieve optimal learning outcomes in internship practice is of great significance for their professional development,and is also a highly concerned research topic in pre-job cultivation.Based on the theory of Legitimate Marginal Participation in anthropology,this paper analyzes the dilemmas and problems faced by trainee teachers in the process of internship in terms of practical teaching,class management,and adaptation to the school social system,and proposes a new learning path for trainee teachers.Trainee teachers should change the concept of marginal participation and actively participate in action,and schools can establish internship practice communities to help trainee teachers overcome learning difficulties and improve learning effectiveness.
