食材废弃物再利用调查研究分析

摘  要:基于我国化肥、农药、农膜等农业生产投入品的超量不合理使用,造成水体污染严重、耕地土壤的质量等问题,最终使农作物品质下降减产,同时在全球面临能源紧缺与环境污染的双重压力下,该项目以海鲜、果蔬、肥料等行业相关领域为调查对象,通过走访、座谈等方式对龙虾壳、蟹壳、花蛤壳、鱼鳞等海鲜壳食材废弃物,厨余果皮、水果蔬菜残次品等废弃物处理方法,以及目前肥料的生产情况进行调查,分析厨余、果蔬等废弃物的产出量及处理方式,根据分析结果提出采用科学的方式对厨余、果蔬等废弃物进行处理,生产高钙酵素肥料,实现绿色生产,期望该次调查研究能够引起人们重视废弃物再利用,实现“变废为宝”的技术开发。Due to the excessive and irrational use of agricultural inputs such as fertilizers,pesticides,and plastic films in China,serious water pollution and soil degradation issues have arisen,resulting in decreased crop quality and yield.Concurrently,facing the dual pressures of energy scarcity and environmental pollution globally,this project targets industries related to seafood,fruits and vegetables,and fertilizers.Through surveys and interviews,investigations were conducted on the disposal methods of seafood shells(such as lobster,crab,and clam shells,as well as fish scales),kitchen waste,fruit peels,fruit and vegetable rejects,etc.,and the current status of fertilizer production.The study analyzed the output and disposal methods of kitchen waste,fruits,and vegetables.Based on the analysis,it proposes the adoption of scientific methods for the treatment of kitchen waste and fruits and vegetables to produce high-calcium enzyme fertilizers,thereby achieving green production.The aim of this research is to contribute to the development of new technologies and further advance the progress of waste utilization towards a technological development paradigm of"turning waste into treasure".
