摘　　要：高校统战工作是党的统战工作的重要组成部分。该文梳理了制约高校统战工作效能的因素,提出要提高认识,加强党对高校统战工作的领导;建章立制,健全高校统战工作运行机制;守正创新,改进高校统战工作方式方法;增强活力,加强高校统战工作队伍建设,从而提升高校统战工作效能,实现高质量内涵式发展,助力新时代中国特色社会主义现代化强国建设。The united front work in universities is an important component of united front work.Sorting out factors that constrain the effectiveness of united front work in colleges and universities,the authors propose following suggestions:Enhancing understanding and strengthening the Party′s leadership over united front work in colleges and universities;Establishing regulations and systems,improving the operational mechanism of united front work in universities;Adhering to integrity and innovation,improving the methods of united front work in colleges and universities;Enhancing vitality,strengthening the construction of the united front work team in universities.By doing so,we could improve the efficiency of united front work in colleges and universities,[JP2]achieve high-quality and connotative development,and help to build a modern and powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
