摘 要:在技术以指数级速度发展的当下,教师与人工智能如何对话成为焦点议题。通过描摹人类与技术的关系有助于理解教师和人工智能的关系:其一,人类是“技术性的存在”;其二,技术通过模仿自然与组合进化来满足人类需求;其三,由于人类思维的干预,技术呈指数级增长。回归教育领域发现,教师和人工智能的关系包含三个方面:一是教师的主体地位不可撼动;二是教师与人工智能是“缺陷性存在”和“代具性弥补”的关系;三是教师陷落于与人工智能的周旋当中。教师与人工智能共生是必然趋势,教师面对人工智能应该更新对技术的认知,增强对自我的认同,明确自我的职业定位,提升自我的智能素养。At a time when technology is developing at an exponential rate,the dialogue between teachers and artificial intelligence has become a focus issue.The depiction of the humans-technology relationship can help understand the relationship between teachers and artificial intelligence.First,humans are “technological beings”;Second,technology meets human needs by imitating nature,merging and evolving itself;Third,technology has grown exponentially due to the intervention of the human mind.In education,there is also three-fold relationship between teachers and artificial intelligence.First,the dominant position of teachers is unshakable.Second,teachers and artificial intelligence have their respective defects and are mutually complementary.Third,teachers are caught in the crossfire with artificial intelligence.The symbiosis between teachers and artificial intelligence is an inevitable trend.In the face of artificial intelligence,teachers should update their cognition of technology,enhance their self-identification,clarify their professional positioning,and improve their intelligence literacy.
