分层递进式教学法在风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训中的探析

摘  要:为研究分层递进式教学法在风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训中的效果,选取福建医科大学附属三明第一医院风湿免疫科160名住院医师为研究对象,并对其学习过程进行研究.其中,对照组采用传统教学方法进行规范化培训;观察组采用分层递进式教学法进行规范化培训.研究显示:观察组的理论知识测试成绩和临床技能操作评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床带教满意率(100%)高于对照组的临床带教满意率(76.25%),该差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).由此表明,在风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训中,采用分层递进式教学法能够有效地提升住院医师的理论知识水平、临床思维能力、实际操作技能,以及提高其对培训的满意度.研究结果可为规范化培训住院医师提供参考.To explore the effectiveness of the hierarchical progressive teaching method in the standardized training of rheumatology and immunology resident physicians,160 resident physicians(Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,Sanming First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University)were selected as the research subjects.The control group received standardized training using traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received standardized training using the hierarchical progressive teaching method.Research shows that the theoretical knowledge test scores and clinical skill operation scores of the observation group are higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of clinical teaching in the observation group(100%)was higher than that in the control group(76.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).This indicates that,in the standardized training of resident physicians in the rheumatology and immunology department,the use of hierarchical progressive teaching method can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge level,clinical thinking ability,practical operation skills of resident physicians,and increase the satisfaction of trainees with the training.The research results can provide reference for standardized training of resident physicians.
