摘 要:通过注射环磷酰胺建立免疫低下小鼠模型,并进行小鼠力竭游泳试验,探究中药营养液种植的生态大米对小鼠免疫功能及运动耐力的影响。结果发现:与模型组比,生态大米可以显著或极显著提高小鼠的脾脏、胸腺系数,升高血清中免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM含量,降低炎症因子水平,升高钙、磷;同时,与空白对照组比,生态大米可以极显著延长小鼠游泳力竭时间,提高肝糖原和肌糖原储备,降低血清中乳酸(LA)、尿素氮(BUN)、丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。说明生态大米在抗疲劳、增强机体免疫力和提高运动耐力方面具有一定的潜力。The immunocompromised mice model was established by injecting cyclophosphamide,and the mice exhausted swimming test was conducted to explore the effects of ecological rice planted with tradi-tional Chinese medicine nutrient solution on the immune function and exercise endurance of mice.The results showed that compared with the model group,ecological rice could significantly increase the spleen and thymus coefficients of mice,increase the contents of immunoglobulin IgG and IgM in serum,de-crease the levels of inflammatory factors,and increase the content of calcium and phosphorus.At the same time,compared with the blank control group,ecological rice could significantly prolong the swim-ming exhaustion time of mice,improve the liver glycogen and muscle glycogen reserves,reduce the con-tent of lactic acid(LA),urea nitrogen(BUN),malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum,and increase the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD).It showed that ecological rice had certain potential in anti-fa-tigue,enhancing immunity and improving exercise endurance.
