摘　　要：通过质点系的角动量定理推导并总结刚体对不同参考轴的转动定理,从不同角度求解第33届全国中学生物理竞赛复赛第7题,以期拓展学生的解题思路和方法,并为物理竞赛教学提供参考.By deriving and summarizing the rotation theorem of rigid bodies with different reference axes through the angular momentum theorem of particle systems,the 7th question of the 33rd Physics Competition semi-finals is solved from different perspectives,in order to expand students′problem-solving ideas and methods,and provide reference for physics competition teaching.
