摘　　要：建设一流核心课程是加快推进现代职业教育体系建设改革的重点任务,是引领职业教育“课堂改革”、提升技术技能人才培养质量的“新基建”。以职业教育国家在线精品课程农产品加工技术的建设实践为案例,围绕职业教育一流核心课程的目标定位、结构内容、资源建设、团队建设、教学组织实施、考核评价、应用效果等关键指标进行了详细阐述和初步探讨,以期为职业教育一流课程建设提供实践参考。Building first-class core courses is a key to accelerating the construction and reform of modern vocational education system,and it is the"new infrastructure"to fuel the classroom revolution,and improve the quality of technical and skilled talent cultivation.This paper samples the national online quality course Agricultural Product Processing Technology in vocational education,and elaborates such key indicators as target positioning,structural content,resources construction,team building,teaching organization and implementation,assessment and evaluation,and application effects,in an endeavor to provide practical references for first-class courses development in vocational education.
