摘  要:目的研究PDCA循环管理法结合情景模拟教学在全科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称全科住培)医患沟通技能教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022级广西医科大学第二附属医院全科住培学员19名作为实验组,选取2021级广西医科大学第二附属医院全科住培学员21名作为对照组。实验组采用PDCA循环管理法结合情景模拟教学,对照组采用传统教学方法,比较两组学员医患沟通技能考核成绩及教学满意度。结果实验组学员的医患沟通技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学员对教学满意度的评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环结合情景模拟教学可提高全科住培学员医患沟通能力,有助于全科住培教学管理和质量的提升,值得推广应用。Objective Study the application effect of PDCA cycle management method combined with scenario simulation teaching in the standardized training of general resident physicians(referred to as general resident training)for doctor-patient communication skills teaching.Methods Select 19 students from the general residency training program at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in 2022 as the experimental group.The PDCA cycle management method will be used as the basis for teaching quality control,and scenario simulation teaching will be applied to the training of doctor-patient communication skills during the teaching process.Selecting 21 students from the general residency training program at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in 2021 as the control group,traditional teaching methods were used.Compare the scores and teaching satisfaction of two groups of students in the doctor-patient communication skills exam.Results The experimental group had higher scores in the doctor-patient communication skills exam than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction evaluation of the experimental group students with teaching was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle combined with scenario simulation teaching can improve the doctor-patient communication ability of general residential training students,which is helpful for the management and quality improvement of general residential training teaching and is worth promoting and applying.
