摘 要:发展数字健康是推进数字中国建设的重要一环。银发群体作为健康领域的“需方”和数字领域的“弱者”,其就医数字鸿沟问题值得重视。研究采用扎根理论对老年人的数字化就医行为进行质性分析,结合NVivo12Plus软件构建银发群体就医数字鸿沟治理分析框架。研究发现,“三级数字鸿沟”贯穿银发群体数字化就医始终,且多种因素交错影响就医数字鸿沟的形成;应以群体需求为核心,探索人文导向的数字化就医路径,促进医疗服务公平可及。The development of digital health is a crucial part of advancing the construction of a digital China.The silver hair group,as the“demand side”in health and the“weaker side”in the digital field,faces significant issues related to the digital divide in healthcare access.This study employs grounded theory to qualitatively analyze the digital healthcare behaviors of the elderly,using NVivo12Plus software to construct an analysis framework for addressing the digital divide in healthcare access for the silver hair group.The research finds that a“three-tiered digital divide”runs through the entire digital healthcare experience of the silver hair group,with various factors intertwining to influence the formation of this divide.The study suggests that healthcare digitalization paths should be explored with a focus on the group’s needs,promoting a human-centered approach to digital healthcare and ensuring equitable access to healthcare services.
