摘 要:为探究新文科建设背景下高校体育俱乐部教学改革中体..教师角色转变问题,以促进体育教师突破传统教学模式局限,文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和分析归纳法,从高校体育俱乐部教学改革出发,分析教师角色转变受认知偏差、心理抵制、传统模式惯性及教学管理机制等制约因素;并提出教师应从课程宣讲者向引导者和组织者、体育学习指挥者向促进者、单向信息源向多维信息平台、课堂独奏者向伴奏者转变。In order to explore the problem of the role transformation of physical education teachers in the teaching reform of college sports clubs under the background of new liberal arts construction,so as to promote physical education teachers to break through the limitations of the traditional teaching model,this article adopts the methods of literature review,expert interviews and analysis and induction.Starting from the teaching reform of college sports clubs,it analyzes the restricting factors that the role transformation of teachers is affected by cognitive biases,psychological resistance,the inertia of the traditional model and the teaching management mechanism.It is proposed that teachers should transform from course announcers to dominators and organizers,from commanders of sports learning to promoters,from one-way information sources to multi-dimensional information platforms,and from solo performers in the classroom to accompanists.
