摘　　要：产业链知识协同作为产业链现代化的重要构成,对关键核心技术突破影响深远。从知识基础理论出发,以874份工业互联网平台用户问卷数据为样本,验证工业互联网平台知识治理驱动产业链知识协同的内在机理。结果发现:控制型、交易型和社会型知识治理积极影响产业链的效率性知识协同,并且市场型知识治理的影响最显著;控制型、交易型知识治理与产业链的增值性知识协同存在显著的倒U型关系,而社会型知识治理能够促进产业链的增值性知识协同;平台战略共识在3种知识治理与产业链知识协同关系间发挥正向调节效应。研究结论一方面有助于丰富知识治理理论体系,另一方面有助于在工业互联网平台上正确应用数字技术与治理机制的双向赋能,系统推进产业链知识协同,进而为关键核心技术突破贡献力量。With increasingly fierce international competition,breakthroughs in key technologies are of great strategic significance to latecomer countries.Key technologies involve extensive interaction in multiple industries,and their bottlenecks shall hinder the overall development of the industry,and thus it is necessary to seek a breakthrough path at the industrial chain level.According to the knowledge-based theory,the knowledge innovation that supports the breakthrough of key technologies should be manifested as the participation of multiple industrial entities such as manufacturers,suppliers,retailers,and service organizations,and activate the knowledge synergy effect of the industrial chain.However,the knowledge barrier between industrial organizations,the high complexity of industrial knowledge,and the risk of knowledge activities hinder knowledge collaboration in the industrial chain.Knowledge collaboration in the industrial chain is only the psychological expectation of the participants,and in order to transform the expectation into reality,it is still necessary to play the role of leading knowledge governance by the core enterprises.Platform enterprises can use the potential energy of network location to implement knowledge governance on industrial organizations(platform users),such as suppliers,manufacturers and service providers,and then guide them to find partners,obtain complementary knowledge and carry out knowledge innovation.Therefore,from the perspective of industrial Internet platform enterprises,this study constructs a theoretical model of different types of knowledge governance mechanisms to promote knowledge synergy in the industrial chain,and focuses on the moderating effect of platform strategic consensus,trying to re-examine the implementation effect of knowledge governance under the new industrial form of industrial Internet platform.Relying on the consulting project of a science and technology management department in Jiangsu Province,the research group has established contact with 96 industrial
