坦洋工夫红茶标准化建设现状与展望

摘　　要：随着坦洋工夫红茶产业的发展,坦洋工夫红茶标准化工作也全面开展,并取得一定成效。文章介绍了坦洋工夫红茶标准体系中生产、加工和产品的标准内容以及国家标准样品研制工作和标准化示范区建设情况,并对未来的标准化建设工作提出了建议。Along with the development of the Tanyang congou black tea industry,the standardization work has been comprehensively initiated and has achieved significant results.This article introduced the content of the related standards related to planting,processing,and products of the Tanyang congou black tea,the development of national reference samples and the establishment of standardization demonstration areas It also provides suggestions for future work on standardization development.
