摘  要:研究目的:高铁无砟轨道精调是新建线路开通及运营线路日常维护的重要环节,其过程需依据人工经验进行精调方案设计,需要反复多轮测量、设计及调整,不仅浪费扣件配件并且造成工期紧张。为此,本文提出基于内点法的高铁无砟轨道精调算法,建立考虑扣件可调整余量、长中短波平顺性、轨距、水平等多种约束条件,以“线形回归-调整量最优-线形平顺度”多目标线性加权为目标函数的双轨优化模型,以实现不同工况目标下轨道调整量的最优方案。研究结论:(1)采用线形回归策略能够实现轨道向设计线位的靠拢,有利于线形控制;(2)采用调整量最优策略可以减少精调过程中扣件配件采购类别,利于配件采购策略的制定;(3)采用线形平顺度策略能够提高轨道线形平顺度,将线形偏差波动量幅值控制在级差范围内,实现“削峰填谷”的效果;(4)本研究结论可为高铁无砟轨道精调工作提供优化指导。Research purposes:The fine adjustment of ballastless track of high-speed railway is an important link for the opening of new lines and the daily maintenance of operating lines.The process needs to design a fine adjustment scheme according to manual experience,and needs repeated measurement,design and adjustment.It not only wastes fastener accessories,but also causes a tight schedule.Therefore,this paper proposes a ballastless track fine adjustment algorithm for high-speed railway based on interior point method.A variety of constraint conditions are established,such as the adjustable allowance of fasteners,the ride comfort of long,medium and short waves,the gauge,the level and so on.A double-track optimization model with the multi-objective linear weighting of"linear regression-minimum adjustment-track smoothing"as the objective function is established,in order to achieve the optimal scheme of track adjustment under different working conditions.Research conclusions:(1)The adoption of the linear regression strategy can realize the closing of the track to the design line,which is beneficial to the linear control.(2)Adopting the optimal adjustment strategy can reduce the procurement categories of fastener accessories in the fine adjustment process,which is conducive to the formulation of the procurement strategy of accessories.(3)The rail track smoothing strategy can improve the smoothness of the track alignment.The amplitude of the linear deviation fluctuation is controlled within the range of the grade difference to realize the effect of peak clipping and valley filling.(4)This research results can provide optimized guidance for the fine adjustment of high-speed rail ballastless track.
