摘　　要：传统可摘义齿制作过程复杂,义齿设计的准确性、制作的高效性和质量的稳定性受到口腔临床医生和技师的理论水平、临床经验以及操作技能等多因素影响。随着数字技术带来的从理论到实践的革新,数字化在可摘义齿的设计、制作、佩戴等多个环节展现出独特的优势,可获得固位稳定、效果好,患者满意度高的高质量修复体,并能减少复诊次数及单次就诊时间,是未来可摘义齿修复的趋势。本文通过查阅近年来数字技术在可摘义齿领域的文献,对数字技术应用的趋势特征以及在可摘义齿制作流程中的研究进展进行综述。The production of dentures using traditional methods is a complex process influenced by many factors.For example,the theoretical background,clinical experience,and operational skills of dental technicians and clinicians in-fluence the accuracy of denture design,the efficiency of production,and the stability of quality.With digital technology bringing innovation from theory to practice,the future trend in removable denture prosthetics is digitalization,which can produce high-quality restorations with good retention and stability and high patient satisfaction and shorten the time of a single visit and number of follow-up visits.By reviewing the literature on digital technology in the field of removable den‐tures,this work presents an overview of the trends and characteristics of applications of digital technology and the ad‐vancement of research in the design,production,and wearing of removable dentures.
