摘　　要：以内蒙古科技大学土木水利专业研究生培养模式为例,构建以土木建筑工程领域刚需为导向,以学校、导师及企业创新培养团队为支柱,以交叉创新型研究生人才培养为主旨的土木水利专业研究生培养机制。将导师团队研究项目与土木行业发展的大前景密切联合,引导学生开展原创性、前沿性、跨学科的科学研究。以期为内蒙古自治区其他同类院校研究生培养提供借鉴和参考。Taking the civil engineering and water conservancy professional degree postgraduate training mode of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology as an example,we build a postgraduate training system in civil engineering and water conservancy led by the needs of the civil engineering and construction industry,supported by innovative training teams from schools,instructors and enterprises,and with the growth system of cross-innovative talents as the core.We closely integrate the supervisor's research projects with the general environment of industry development,and guide students to conduct original,cutting-edge,interdisciplinary scientific research.We hope to provide a reference for other similar institutions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
