摘 要:护士建言行为是促进护理质量提升并发挥护士主观能动性的积极行为。文章对护士建言行为进行文献回顾,总结其测评指标、影响因素及作用效果,并对该领域研究现状进行总结与分析,以期为未来相关研究提供依据与启发,从而促进护士话语权的提升并推动护理管理研究的进一步发展。Voice behavior of nurses is a proactive behavior that promotes enhancement of nursing quality and the subjective initiative of nurses.This paper reviewed literature on voice behavior of nurses by summarizing its evaluation indicators,influencing factors and effects.Besides,the research status on voice behavior was summarized and analyzed to provide references for future studies.It is expected to promote the voice behaviors of nurses and improve the studies on nursing management.
