摘  要:目的探究分析数据挖掘技术在中医临床教学中的应用。方法选取2023年1月—12月黑龙江中医药大学第一附属62名中医临床实习生。将2023年1月—6月的31名实习生纳入对照组,采用常规教学,将2023年7月—12月的实习生纳入观察组,结合数据挖掘技术落实教学。对比两组的理论知识和实际操作技能成绩、批判性思维能力(评判性思维情感倾向量表)、学习能力(自主学习评价量表)及满意度。结果教学后,观察组理论知识和实际操作技能成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组寻求真相、分析能力、开放思想、思维自信及认知成熟度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自主学习能力、综合能力、分析以及解决能力、团队协作能力、学习积极性及学习效率评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在对教学老师态度以及能力、提升临床思维能力、对熟悉操作技能、内容拓展及对教学老师教学方式的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将数据挖掘技术融入教学阶段,不仅能够显著提升实习生考核成绩以及批判性思维能力,同时能够有效改善其学习能力以及对于教学的满意程度。Objective To explore and analyze the application of data mining technology in the clinical teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Methods A total of 62 TCM clinical interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from January 2023 to December 2023.Among them,31 interns from January 2023 to June 2023 were included in the control group and received conventional teaching methods.The interns from July 2023 to December 2023 were included in the observation group,where data mining technology was integrated into the teaching process.The theoretical knowledge,practical skills scores,critical thinking abilities(Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory),learning abilities(Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale),and satisfaction levels of both groups were compared.Results After the teaching intervention,the observation group showed higher theoretical knowledge and practical skills scores than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group scored higher in truth-seeking,analytical ability,open-mindedness,cognitive confidence,and cognitive maturity compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also scored higher in self-directed learning ability,comprehensive ability,analysis and problem-solving skills,teamwork,learning enthusiasm,and learning efficiency compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s satisfaction with teaching attitude and capabilities of the instructors,enhancement of clinical thinking skills,familiarity with operational skills,content expansion,and teaching methods of the instructors was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrating data mining technology into the teaching stage can not only significantly improve interns’assessment scores and critical thinking abilities,but also effectively improve their learning abilities and satisfaction with teaching.
